COVID – 19 Update

 To our valued customers:

Vivace Music is still trading as usual for music lovers! Our stores are open with a clean and hygienic shopping environment.  Music is always a great source of comfort to people particularly in these difficult times, so we are endeavouring to operate as long as possible here to provide for all your needs as best we can.

For the health and safety of everyone we have implemented new guidelines as follows:

• We respectfully require all customers entering our stores to use the hand sanitizer we have provided before playing any instruments

• We are enforcing the current social distancing requirements of a minimum of 1.5 metres within our stores. We have reasonably large showrooms so there should be plenty of room for everyone!

• If you are ill or not feeling well you will not be allowed to enter. By all means contact us by either phone, Facebook, email or via our website so our staff can assist you. We want to help you as best we can, but have to think of the health and safety of customers and staff.

• We are cleaning all stock and disinfecting all surfaces regularly throughout the day and we are sanitizing our hands after each customer interaction to ensure a high level of hygiene. Don’t forget that if you don’t want to come into the stores, our website is available 24/7 and all deliveries are going out as normal.
