This mic comes packed with an internal JFET impedance converter with a bipolar output buffer to perfectly balance sound in live environments where vocals need to compete with loud onstage instruments. The RODE M2 rises above with a 35Hz to 20kHz frequency range at 500 ohms of impedance, and an internal shock mount minimises the noise effects of banging, moving or epic mic drops.

When you want to cut the mic between songs or sets, simply use the RODE M2’s ON/OFF switch, which you can set to lock to the On setting to ensure your vocals don”t get interrupted during performances.
